By using StargazerKit you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site.

StargazerKit offers free, browser-based astronomy calculators and predictors for amateur use. All tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may use StargazerKit for personal, educational, or non-commercial research. You agree not to:

• Attempt to overload our servers or third-party public APIs we depend on.
• Scrape, mirror, or resell tool outputs as a paid service.
• Use the site to violate any law or third-party right.
• Rely on StargazerKit for navigation, aviation, spaceflight, or any safety-of-life decision.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the site beyond what is publicly available.

Some tools query free public APIs (NOAA, NASA, open-meteo). Their data is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or content.

StargazerKit does not require an account and does not accept payment. There are no subscriptions, quotas, or premium tiers.

Tool interfaces, copy, and design are © StargazerKit. Astronomical formulas and public data belong to their originators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the site's design or content without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

StargazerKit may display third-party advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for any products, services, or claims advertised therein. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StargazerKit and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StargazerKit and its authors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
